High School Rowing

ILRC is home to several high school rowing teams and many of our rowers have gone on to row in varsity boats at university and to represent Canada internationally. The goal of high school rowing is to develop athletic skills, physical fitness, improved self-esteem, and the value of working as a team. If you are high school age and your school does not have a rowing team, please enquire about our Learn to Row programs offered in the month of June.

Eligibility: Grade 9-12 students, no rowing experience required. Mandatory swim test.
