40th Annual Head of the Trent Regatta!
Island Lake Rowers ventured to the Peterborough last weekend to participate in the 40th annual Head of the Trent Regatta which is held each year during Trent University’s homecoming weekend.
It’s seems fitting that our last regatta of the year would also be the largest single day regatta in North America with over 50 universities and clubs and 1200 athletes. It was great to see many of our former highschool rowers who have moved on to row with university crews!
